Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your Seamly order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

 

30-day money-back guarantee

If Seamly doesn't lift the black staining from your silicone or rubber seals, email mgthebeast17@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the seal, and we'll refund your order to your original payment method. You don't need to send the bottle back. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used spray bottles can only be returned if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This does not affect the money-back guarantee above.

 

How to start a return

Email mgthebeast17@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we pay it.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your statement.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship from our US warehouse. Orders normally leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days.
